The role includes training and supervising RBTs, Fellows, and Trainers, maintaining BACB supervision standards, and ensuring ethical, high-quality care with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• BCBA certification maintained in good standing.
• State-level credentialing for BCBAs required.
• BACB supervision requirements met; experience with VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R/AFLS/PEAK preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides program oversight for patients up to age 18.
• Conducts behavioral and skills assessments and develops behavior intervention plans based on data analyses.
• Trains and supervises RBTs, RBT Fellows, and Trainers, including competency assessments and BACB supervision requirements.
