Job summary

Blossom Center for Children in Houston seeks an ABA Case Supervisor/BCBA to design, maintain, and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism. You will partner with families and the team to ensure clinically appropriate, compassionate care focused on meaningful progress.

The role includes supervision of RBTs, data-driven decisions, and ongoing professional development within a collaborative clinical culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current Texas LBA credential or eligibility before start date.
• Experience building and supervising ABA programs with data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with BACB ethics and evidence-based ABA practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to guide treatment decisions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide supervision and training to direct-care team members.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and ethical practices.
• Support caregiver education and treatment-plan implementation.
• Maintain compliance with credentials and funder requirements.
