Job summary
Amenity ABA Center in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior BCBA (BCBA III) with 4+ years of experience. The role focuses on behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and delivering interventions for autism spectrum disorders, including collaboration with schools and families.
Board certification and state licensure are required, with supervision of technicians and ongoing clinical consulting. The position offers a base salary of $95,000 with potential to earn up to $113,000, plus a $5,000 sign-on
Qualifications
- Must have a Texas LBA certification.
- Active BCBA Certification.
- Completed 8 hour supervision training.
- Experience with pediatric, autistic and developmentally disabled clients.
- Great customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Conducts assessment of clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and produces assessment report with treatment and supervision recommendations.
- Attend and support school IEPs/ARDs; collaborate with teaching staff.
- Selects and delivers appropriate interventions.
- Observe and assess client progress to inform ongoing intervention.
- Manage a caseload of 7-10 stakeholders; supervise RBTs/Technicians.
- Ensure compliance with BABCB requirements; provide clinical consultation.
