Job summary

The Board-Ccertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role at Compleat Kidz will oversee daily ABA plans, provide guidance to our virtual BCBAs and clinic BTs/RBTs, and collaborate with licensed professionals on the team.

You will coordinate with families and kiddos, maintain thorough documentation, and lead training for BTs/RBTs. The position requires BCBA credentials, NC license within 30 days, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with BCBA credential.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience supervising BCBAs and BTs/RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to virtual BCBAs and clinic BTs/RBTs delivering ABA plans.
• Coordinate with families, kiddos, and BTs/RBTs for progress.
• Train and supervise BTs/RBTs (up to 48) and manage caseloads.
• Ensure care quality and maintain accurate documentation.
