Job summary

Intercare Therapy seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a full-time, hourly remote professional. The role designs and oversees ABA services for clients with autism, with occasional travel to homes, schools, or clinics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable in your state).
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and support staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to client homes, schools, or sites (20-30%).
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
