Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a compassionate BCaBA to supervise RBTs and support ABA treatment plans under BCBA oversight. You will contribute to patient care, parent training, and collaboration with licensed professionals to ensure high-quality services.

The role involves direct and indirect supervision, documentation accuracy, and strong communication with families and medical staff. Orthodoxy and ethics are essential, with opportunities for growth in a busy ABA practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Eligibility to obtain BCaBA Certification.
• Active BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• New grad or at least one year of experience within ABA setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs with guidance and feedback.
• Assist BCBAs in developing and implementing ABA treatment plans and interventions.
• Provide direct patient care, treatment implementation, and caregiver training.
• Monitor learner progress and collaborate with BCBAs and clinical professionals.
• Educate families on home-based strategies with written resources.
• Maintain clinical documentation, including learner records and supervision documentation.
• Review and co-sign therapy assistant documentation as needed.
• Communicate professionally with learners, families, physicians, and the clinical team.
• Demonstrate customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality.
