Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop functional behavior assessments and individualized treatment plans. This full-time role blends in-clinic and remote work to support children and families with high-quality ABA therapy.

You will supervise RBTs, monitor learner progress, collaborate with families, and maintain timely documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines. NC licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure (or eligible).
• Excellent assessment and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
