Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Arizona is seeking a BCBA to join a remote-capable team with quarterly travel opportunities. The position offers a salary of $85,000–$95,000 base plus monthly bonuses and a supportive, clinician-led culture.

Design and implement ABA plans, supervise technicians, partner with families, stay current with ABA research, and maintain a manageable caseload while advancing professionally.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Arizona LBA certification required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for team guidance.
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality ABA services.
• Ability to thrive in both clinic and remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Design & Implement ABA Plans to produce measurable outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and track client progress with data.
• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians with coaching and guidance.
• Partner with families to set goals and build trust.
• Remote caseload with quarterly travel opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with ABA research and best practices.
