The Treetop ABA seeks a BCBA to join a clinician-led team delivering high-quality ABA services. This full-time remote role includes quarterly travel and a base salary of $85k–$95k with additional monthly bonuses, reflecting experience and performance.

You will design and implement ABA plans, supervise technicians, and partner with families to achieve meaningful client progress. The environment emphasizes mentorship, growth, and work-life balance.

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide client outcomes
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Coach and support your team with expertise
• Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust
• Remote Caseload: Manage a remote schedule with quarterly travel opportunities
