Job summary

The Treetop ABA is hiring BCBA professionals to join a collaborative, clinician-led team in Arizona. You will design and implement ABA plans, conduct assessments, mentor technicians, and partner with families with a hybrid schedule and WFH options.

We offer a base salary of 90K–110K with monthly bonuses, a sign-on bonus up to 20K, student loan repayment, a 3-week Sabbatical after 36 months, CEU stipend, and comprehensive benefits for full-time clinicians in Arizona.

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification - Required to ensure clinical excellence.
• Strong Communication & Coaching Skills - Able to inspire, guide, and support your colleagues effectively.

• Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact
