Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking BCBA-certified clinicians to lead in delivering high-quality ABA services across Arizona. Join a clinician-led team with strong mentorship, flexible scheduling including work-from-home options, and a supportive environment that prioritizes client outcomes and work-life balance.

We offer a base salary of $90K–$110K with monthly bonus opportunities and a sign-on bonus up to $20K for qualified LBAs. In-home and center opportunities available across Arizona.

Qualifications

Active BCBA and Arizona LBA certification.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Passion for compassionate care.
Adaptable and driven, comfortable in clinic and remote settings.

Responsibilities

Design and implement ABA plans to create measurable impact.
Conduct assessments and track progress with data-driven decisions.
Lead and mentor behavior technicians and collaborate with families.
Hybrid caseload management with in-clinic and remote work options.
Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
