Responsibilities

• Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans with real, measurable impact.
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide client outcomes.
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Provide coaching and support to the team.
• Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals and build trust.
