The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time BCBA in Arizona to deliver high-quality ABA services with a collaborative, clinician-led culture. The role combines in-clinic and remote work, with a competitive base salary and generous bonus potential, plus sign-on incentives.

You will design and supervise ABA plans, mentor technicians, and partner with families to achieve meaningful outcomes while maintaining a healthy work-life balance in a supportive environment with AI-assisted administrative support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification is required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA plans for clients.
• Conduct assessments and track progress with data.
• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians.
