The Treetop ABA in Arizona is hiring a full-time BCBA to lead high-quality ABA services. Expect a base salary of $90,000–$110,000 with monthly bonus opportunities and a sign-on bonus up to $20K for qualified LBAs. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 1–2 WFH days per week.

You will design and implement ABA plans, conduct assessments, mentor technicians, and partner with families to set goals. In-center and in-home positions span Chandler, Glendale, Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tucson.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Passion for compassionate care.
• Adaptable and driven; comfortable in clinic and remote environments.
