The Treetop ABA in Arizona is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee individualized ABA plans, assess progress, and mentor technicians across in-home and center settings.

This full-time role offers a competitive base salary of $90K-$110K, a sign-on bonus up to $20K, student loan repayment, a fully paid 3-week sabbatical, and generous annual CEU support. Hybrid schedule with no weekends and remote work options for eligible cases.

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

• Adaptable and driven; comfortable in both clinic and remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA plans with personalized therapy.
