Job summary

Ability Builders ABA Co in Lakeland, FL is hiring a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior support plans, and supervise ABA therapy services for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs.

You will supervise BCaBAs and therapists, collect data, adjust plans, and collaborate with families to promote long-term success across home, clinic, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Strong experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Master's degree in ABA or related field with supervised hours.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior plans.
• Oversee implementation of behavior plans with clear instructions for clients and caregivers.
• Supervise and train BCaBAs, ABA therapists, and caregivers in various settings.
• Track progress with data collection and analysis and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support long-term success.
• Manage caseloads, ensure documentation, and coordinate with other professionals.
