Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians.

Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support progress, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure ethical, clinically sound services.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree required.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
