Job summary

Step Forward ABA in Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized treatment plans and supervise staff. You will design data-driven plans, monitor progress through records, and collaborate with families, school teams, and clinicians to ensure ethical, high‑quality services.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification and state licensure, has at least two years of experience with diverse ages, and is willing to travel as needed; a supportive team and growth

Qualifications

• Master's degree or national equivalent in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
• Valid BCBA certification and licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in good standing with the relevant state.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with special needs across various age groups (children, adolescents, and adults).
• Eligibility to participate in all private and federally funded insurance programs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Pass a national background check.
• Credentialed with Medicaid. (Preferred)
• Credentialed with Tri-Care. (Preferred)
• Certification in PCM, Safety Care, or CPI. (Preferred)
• CPR and BLS certification. (Preferred)
• Bilingual (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans with data collection.
• Provide supervision to BTs, BCaBAs, LABAs and conduct competency checks.
• Deliver direct services to clients across ages with ethical, tailored care.
• Coordinate with families, staff, and other professionals.
• Lead schedules, maintain records, and prepare concise reports.
• Collaborate with a diverse team and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Complete initial assessments and client intakes.
• Aim for 25+ billable hours per week.
