Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field with supervised hours.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA behavior plans.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Background check required.
• FL Medicaid provider number preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven, individualized behavior plans.
• Oversee and guide behavior plan implementation with clear instruction for clients and caregivers.
• Provide supervision and training to BCaBAs, ABA therapists, and caregivers in various settings.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support long-term success.
• Manage caseloads and maintain documentation.
