Job summary

All Care Therapies seeks a licensed BCBA to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs across the lifespan. This role collaborates with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators to coordinate holistic care and deliver high-quality, patient-centered services.

The BCBA will supervise RBTs and BCaBA candidates, conduct assessments, and ensure fidelity to treatment plans. Telehealth, clinic, home, or school settings provide flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active state licensure where required by the state of practice.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency in ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance per ACT and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and supervise ABA therapy programs for patients across the lifespan.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy services as clinically indicated.
• Monitor progress through data collection and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate holistic care.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates in BACB framework.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and professional development to supervisees.
• Conduct regular session observations and ensure fidelity to plans.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and compliance with regulations.
