Job summary

Pillars Behavioral Health is seeking a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support learners across multiple states. The role emphasizes reducing administrative stress so BCBAs can focus on clinical work from home.

The successful candidate will supervise BCBAs and RBTs, provide family guidance, and develop/adjust treatment programs while maintaining ethical care standards. This position is remote with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and licensure in the relevant state or eligibility.
• Experience guiding families and collaborating with care teams is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise learners for ~10% of their hours.
• Provide family guidance ~2 hours per month.
• Conduct RBT evaluations throughout the year.
• Supervise and support RBTs.
• Develop and modify treatment programs.
• Write initial assessments and progress reports.
• Monitor learner progress and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, and the care team.
• Maintain high standards of ethical and compassionate care.
