Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a full-time hourly remote position. You will design, implement, and supervise ABA services for clients with autism and related disorders.

Occasional travel to client locations, supervision sites, and meetings is required, with reports to the Regional Clinical Director. We require a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and state licensure if applicable, plus at least 2 years of ABA

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field required.
• BCBA certification required (BACB).
• State licensure as a behavior analyst if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and support staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and participate in case reviews.
• Travel to client homes and sites as needed (20–30% travel).
