Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time hourly remote BCBA. In this role you will design, implement, and oversee behavior analytic services for clients with autism and related disorders. Occasional travel to client locations, supervision sites, and team meetings is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification from the BACB required.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable in your state).
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and support staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines.
• Travel to client homes, schools, or clinical sites as needed (20–30%).
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
