Job summary

Online ABA Training is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school setting through virtual delivery. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and provide training to staff and families while collaborating with school teams.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA, a master’s degree in ABA or related field, and supervision training. Experience with autism and willingness to travel if required are preferred. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Education, or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Current 8-hour supervision training certification required.
• Experience supervising RBTs or BCaBAs preferred.
• Strong experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Experience with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop BIPs.
• Write assessment reports with evidence-based recommendations.
• Provide staff and parent training on ABA strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Attend IEP meetings and coordinate with district personnel.
• Supervise BCaBAs and RBTs when applicable.
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and HIPAA.
