Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide virtual services, consultations, and evaluations for cyber charter school students via Zoom.

This full- or part-time role offers flexible scheduling and no caseload minimum, with support from a dedicated account team. The successful candidate will hold BCBA certification, have up-to-date clearances, and carry professional liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA Certification.
• Possession of or willingness to obtain up-to-date clearances.
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly and quarterly progress reports for students.
• Consult with general and special education teachers and related staff as per IEPs.
• Adhere to service frequencies and types of support outlined in the student’s IEP.
• Assist in developing interventions, FBA, and behavior plans for safe learning environments.
• Participate in IEP/evaluation processes as a team member for students with significant behavioral issues.
• Consult with parents/guardians on best practices for behavioral issues.
