Job summary

We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a district's Behavioral Support Team. The BCBA will collaborate with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, and educators to support students with higher needs in inclusive settings.

The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and create data systems, while providing in-class support and staff training. Supervisory duties for RBTs and classroom-based interventions are part of the role.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility is required.
• Licensed through MA DESE is required.
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based consultation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations.
• Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems.
• Create and maintain data collection systems.
• Provide in-class support and staff training.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Design classroom-based interventions and postvention plans.
