Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services for children with autism and their families. The role emphasizes treatment planning, supervision of RBTs, parent training, and collaboration with schools and daycares.

You will work in home, daycare, and school settings, with back-office support allowing you to focus on clinical care. Competitive compensation and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual a plus, though not required.
• Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
