Job summary

A dedicated ABA therapy organization is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work remotely in Georgia. Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• 1–2 years of BCBA experience preferred.
• Ability to train families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and skill assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and ABA programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Analyze data and modify interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with other professionals.
