Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a remote, flexible role serving families across Georgia. Enjoy autonomy, strong support, and a mission-driven culture dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy.

Required: Master’s in ABA/Psychology, current BCBA, 1–2 years of BCBA experience; GA residency (within 50 miles of GA border) preferred. Pay is $75–90/hour with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• 1–2 years of BCBA experience preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.
• Must reside in Georgia (or within 50 miles of the state line).

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill assessments as a BCBA.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and ABA programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Analyze data and modify interventions as needed.
• Train families, caregivers, and staff.
• Collaborate with other professionals (SLP, OT, educators).
• Complete all documentation according to BACB and Georgia requirements.
