Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy remotely to families across Georgia. This role offers flexible hours, supportive supervision, and meaningful work improving outcomes for children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, designing ABA programs, supervising RBTs, and ensuring documentation meets BACB and Georgia requirements. Strong communication and a caring, professional approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• 1–2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.
• Strong ABA knowledge, communication skills, and professionalism.
• A caring BCBA who wants to help families thrive.
• Must reside in Georgia (or within 50 miles of the state line).

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill assessments as a BCBA
• Develop individualized treatment plans and ABA programs
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans
• Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity
• Analyze data and modify interventions as needed
• Train families, caregivers, and staff
• Collaborate with other professionals (SLP, OT, educators)
• Complete all documentation according to BACB and Georgia requirements
