A remote behavior analysis company is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work flexibly and make a real impact in the lives of children on the autism spectrum. This role offers autonomy and competitive pay of $75–95 per hour. Ideal candidates have a Master's degree in ABA or Psychology, current BCBA certification, and a passion for helping families thrive. Qualifications
1–2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred.
Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.
Must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the state line.
Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and skill assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans and ABA programs.
Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans.
Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity.
Analyze data and modify interventions as needed.
Train families, caregivers, and staff.
Collaborate with other professionals.
Complete all documentation according to BACB and Georgia requirements.
