Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work remotely with families across Georgia and North Carolina. You will conduct FBA and assessments, develop targeted ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and ensure fidelity while maintaining thorough documentation.

The role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time options, competitive pay of $75–$90 per hour, and a mission-driven, collaborative team culture focused on compassionate care for children with autism

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• 1–2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.
• Strong ABA knowledge, communication skills, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBA and skill assessments as a BCBA.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and ABA programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Analyze data and modify interventions as needed.
• Train families, caregivers, and staff.
• Collaborate with other professionals (SLP, OT, educators).
• Complete documentation according to BACB and Georgia requirements.
