Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team remotely, serving clients across Georgia. The role includes assessments, treatment plan design, and supervision of RBTs.

Candidates must reside in Georgia and be eligible for remote work. The position offers either full-time or part-time hours with a flexible schedule, and compensation ranges from $75 to $90 per hour.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing required.
• 1–2 years BCBA experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• ConductFunctional Behavior Assessments and skill assessments.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
