Qualifications
- Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA.
- Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or Special Education.
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
- Previous ABA Experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and write progress reports.
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
- Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are on track.
