Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a remote role, delivering services to clients across Georgia. The BCBA will conduct assessments, design and implement treatment plans, and supervise RBTs, while ensuring compliance with BACB standards and Georgia state regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or a related field required.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing required.
• 1–2 years of experience supervising RBTs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs, skill assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans by RBTs.
• Monitor progress with data analysis and adjust interventions as needed.
• Provide supervision and training to families and staff.
• Ensure documentation meets BACB standards and Georgia regulations.
