Job summary

ABA Journey is a fully remote, mission-driven ABA provider seeking a BCBA to serve families across Georgia. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth while maintaining strong client outcomes and team collaboration.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and supervise ABA programs, and ensure fidelity across cases, with support for ongoing clinical development and a positive, compassionate work culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• 1–2 years of BCBA experience preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.
• Strong ABA knowledge, communication, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBA and skill assessments as a BCBA.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Analyze data and modify interventions as needed.
• Train families, caregivers, and staff.
• Collaborate with SLP, OT, educators.
• Complete documentation per BACB and Georgia requirements.
