Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our remote team and serve children and families across Georgia, with residency options in Georgia or North Carolina. This flexible, full- or part-time role offers autonomy, collaboration, and meaningful impact in evidence-based ABA therapy.

Qualifications include a Master’s in ABA or related field, current BCBA certification, and 1–2 years of BCBA experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• 1–2 years of BCBA experience preferred; supervising RBTs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill assessments as a BCBA.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Analyze data and adjust interventions as needed.
• Train families, caregivers, and staff.
