The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA for a hybrid role in Tempe, AZ. You will design and implement personalized ABA plans, assess client progress, and lead a team of technicians while collaborating with families to reach meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required in AZ
• Strong communication and coaching skills needed
• Commitment to compassionate, client-centered ABA care

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA plans that yield measurable client progress
• Conduct assessments and track progress using data
• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
• Partner with families to set goals and build trust
• Hybrid caseload combining in-clinic and remote work
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices
