The Treetop ABA in Arizona is seeking a BCBA to join a clinician-led team focused on delivering high-quality ABA care with support, flexibility, and respect.

This full-time role offers a base salary of 90k–110k with monthly bonus opportunities, a sign-on bonus up to 20k for qualified LBAs, and a hybrid schedule with 1–2 WFH days. It also includes student loan repayment and a 3-week sabbatical.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in Arizona required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to guide team.
• Passion for compassionate care and high-quality ABA services.
• Adaptable, driven, with ability to thrive in clinic and remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Design & implement ABA plans with measurable outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and track client progress using data.
• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians and collaborate with families.
• Hybrid caseload with in-clinic and remote work.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Maintain balanced caseloads to ensure quality care.
