Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hourly remote position. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA services for clients with autism and related disorders.

Role requires BCBA certification, Master’s degree in ABA or related field, and at least 2 years of ABA experience. Occasional travel to client locations and supervision sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification from BACB.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable in your state).
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience.
• Proficiency in assessment tools and ABA methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ethics and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to client sites as needed (20-30%).
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
