Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time hourly remote BCBA. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee behavior analytic services for clients with autism and related disorders, with travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience.
• State licensure if applicable.
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other support staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to client homes, schools, or clinical sites as needed (approx. 20-30%).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
