Job summary

Intercare Therapy seeks a passionate Board-Ccertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hourly remote position. Design, implement, and oversee ABA services for clients with autism; travel to client homes, schools, or sites about 20-30% of the time.

Reports to Regional Clinical Director. Requires BCBA, Master’s degree, and licensure as applicable; minimum 2 years ABA experience; strong communication and organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from BACB.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst where required.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience with autism.
• Proficiency with assessment tools and ABA methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consult with families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and support staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance.
• Travel to client homes/sites as needed (20-30%).
• Work independently and as part of a team.
