Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hourly remote position. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA services for clients with autism, with occasional travel to client locations, supervision sites, and team meetings.

Reports to Regional Clinical Director. Requires Master’s in a related field, BCBA certification, state licensure if applicable, and at least 2 years of ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field.
• BCBA certification by BACB.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable).
• Minimum 2 years' ABA experience with individuals on autism.
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and support staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to client homes/schools/clinical sites (~20-30%).
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
