Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time hourly remote BCBA. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee behavior analytic services for clients with autism and related disorders.

The role requires occasional travel to client locations, supervision sites, and team meetings as needed. Reports to: Regional Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• Master’s in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from BACB.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst where required.
• Minimum 2 years ABA experience with autism.
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and support staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families and professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to client homes, schools, or clinical sites as needed (20-30% travel).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
