Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time hourly remote BCBA. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA services for clients with autism and related disorders, with occasional travel to client locations and meetings.

Reports to Regional Clinical Director. A Master's degree in a related field and BCBA certification are required, along with strong data skills and collaboration with families and staff.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • BCBA certification from BACB.
  • State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable).
  • Minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience.
  • Proficiency with ABA assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
  • Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
  • Supervise and train RBTs and staff.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with families and professionals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation.
  • Travel to client homes/sites as needed (20-30% travel).
  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
