Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA is required.
• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with families, caregivers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs based on ABA.
• Design and implement data collection to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians and staff, including feedback and evaluations.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to set goals across home, school and community.
• Deliver direct intervention services, teaching functional skills and behavior management.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
