Job summary

Applied ABC in the United States is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinically, mentor RBTs, and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children and families.

You'll manage active caseloads, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and drive treatment plans from assessment to data-driven outcomes, while enjoying a supportive, growth-focused culture and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure where applicable.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field with supervisory credentials.
• Experience supervising RBTs/behavior technicians using BST.
• Experience conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland).
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload and develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Deliver parent/caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming.
• Maintain documentation and ensure BACB, payer, and HIPAA compliance.
