Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services’ SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a BCBA-qualified clinician to implement ABA programs, train staff, and contribute to interdisciplinary teams. The role focuses on individuals with ASD, IDD, and related mental health needs across various settings.

The position supports remote and hybrid scheduling, with opportunities to work from home when not in session, and offers advancement potential in a supportive environment dedicated to quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification.
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention.
• Strong documentation and data-tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support principles.
• Provide behavior plan assessment, design, training, monitoring and reporting.
• Conduct descriptive and functional behavior assessments and provide interpretations.
• Deliver direct behavioral treatment including skills training and crisis de-escalation.
