Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking clinicians to provide behavioral health services across diverse settings, including residential homes, schools, and community locations. The team emphasizes positive programming, non-aversive strategies, and evidence-based approaches to support youth and adults with ASD, IDD, or mental illness.

Qualifications

• Experience with behavioral intervention and/or learning psychology.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and moving between seated/standing positions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments to meet patient needs.
• Communicate progress between supervisors, staff, family, guardians, and others.
• Provide monthly schedules of appointments, home visits, and observations.
• Coordinate home, work, and community-based visits as required for observations and data reviews.
• Ensure proper implementation of the Behavior Intervention Plan.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other required meetings.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly progress notes.
• Organize training to certify staff in BIP implementation and documentation.
• Provide follow-up interviews and home visits for continued support.
• Maintain strong clinical records for accessibility by stakeholders.
