Job summary

Intercare Therapy seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a full-time, hourly remote clinician serving autism and related disorders. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA services with occasional travel to client locations and supervision sites.

You will report to the Regional Clinical Director/ Senior Managing Director, ABA Client Intake, Admissions, and Planning, coordinating with families and staff to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field required.
• BCBA certification from BACB is required.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst where applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience with individuals with autism.
• Proficiency with assessment tools and ABA methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and regulations.
• Travel to client homes, schools, or clinical sites as needed (20-30% travel).
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
